Piping Engineering and Detail Engineering are our core area
We are capable to engineer any type of Piping of any temperature and pressure.
Beginning from the development of Plot Plan; the Survey Plan, and Basic Process inputs we develop the Block Diagrams, Road Access, provision of set back in line with statutory requirements of Factory Act and local body Regulations.
Design of Utility Piping sizes, development of working P&ID based on the process requirement/inputs, development of Piping GAD, Detail Engineering comprising Piping plans & Elevation, Isometrics, support Engineering and detailing, performing stress analysis for high temperature & very low temperature lines, steam lines, generating documentations for IBR approval, CCE Approval, TAC Approval, Environmental Approval, and ant other statutory/ local Body Approvals, developing the support details, etc
We are conversant with usual International and Indian Standards for Piping and components.
We have developed own standard for pipe supports, Engineering Standards, Piping Material Specifications, Piping Design Standards, and Specifications for Piping components for Procurement, Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning, etc.,
