Piping (Our Core Area)

 

Our major field of Engineering is piping and all activities related to piping is being done in- house only. during October 2004.

 

Beginning from the development of Plot Plan Based on the Survey Plan, and Basic Process inputs we develop the Block Diagrams, Road Access, Provision of set back in line with statutory requirement of Factory Act and Local Body Regulations.

 

Development of Equipment Layout and Elevation keeping in reference with the Process Inputs, by Considering the best Economical Piping and other Disciplines of Engineering, Accessibility, Maintenance, Operation of the Plant, etc.

 

Design of Utility Piping Sizes, Development of working P & ID based on the Process requirements/ inputs. Development of Piping GADs. Detail Engineering Comprising Piping Plans, & Elevation, Isometrics, Support Engineering and Detailing, performing Stress Analysis for high Temperature /very low Temperature lines, Steam lines, Generating documentation for IBR approval, Developing the Support Details, etc. 

 

Piping Purchase Requisitions and Technical Specifications for Procurement. Technical Bid Analysis, etc.

 

We have developed own Standards for Pipe Supports, Engineering Standards, Piping Material Specification, Piping Design Standards, and Specification for Piping Components Procurement, Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning Specifications, etc.
